Organisation of the language course (class distribution, room distribution, informing our teachers and coordinator about very important information such as medical data) and promotion of new courses.
Before the course dates, the data is solely being used in the office in order to prepare the language courses, during a course itself via information forms destined for the coordinator of the specific course (and co-coordinator for courses of more than 100 pupils).
The data is stored in a protected MySQL database.
This database is only accessible via a specific host, username and password and is provided with a password-hacking block.
We keep the data until the youngest child of the family is 18 years old old.
The data shall at all times be protected by Ruysschaert and shall under no circumstances be sold to third parties or used outside the European Union.
